Parts You've Met

These are the inner voices, patterns, and protectors that have shown up in your conversations.

Your parts map Self at the centre, exiles in the inner ring, protectors in the outer ring. The full list of parts follows below this diagram.

The rings show how IFS describes the system: protectors on the outside, exiles they shield within, Self at the centre. It does not claim which protector guards which exile, because that is something you and the Companion work out together rather than something an assessment can measure.

No parts identified yet. Keep exploring — they'll appear here as you talk.

Meditations

A guided meditation is how parts work is done alone; in a conversation, the settling comes from the contact, which is why the Companion doesn't open with one. For the hours in between, we keep a measured list of the most-listened-to free IFS meditations, Richard Schwartz's own among them.
